Met overhears him and informs him that she has a plan to halt this marriage if he agrees to join forces with her.
She warns him that her thoughts and his deeds have the power to affect not only Sarkar’s decision to marry, but also the fate of Sarkarpur.
She extends her hand to Manmeet and tells him to shake it since their motives are aligned this time and they should join forces.
Manmeet is skeptical of Meet’s proposition and glances at Shagun, who is also skeptical.
Yet, Meet is his sole hope of putting an end to this marriage.
Manmeet questions her on why they should believe her and what guarantees she will not betray them at the last minute.
Met tells him he has no option but to trust her.

मनमीत शगुन से कहता है कि वह अपनी मां को दर्द में नहीं देख सकता।
मीट ने उसकी बात सुन ली और उसे बताया कि उसके पास एक योजना है यदि वह उसके साथ सेना में शामिल होने के लिए सहमत है, तो वे इस शादी को रोक सकते हैं।
वह उसे बताती है कि उसका मन और उसकी हरकतें न केवल सरकार के शादी करने के फैसले को बदल सकती हैं बल्कि सरकारपुर की नियति को भी बदल सकती हैं।
वह मनमीत को अपना हाथ देती है, उसे कहती है कि इस बार उनका मकसद संरेखित करता है और उन्हें बलों को भी जोड़ना चाहिए।
मनमीत मीत के प्रस्ताव पर संदेह करता है और शगुन की ओर देखता है जिसके हाव-भाव उससे मेल खाते हैं।
