Chandni was astonished to find that Bindu Dadi and Vandana Nani had concealed the deepest secret from Chandni and Roshni for all these years.
Raunak advises Chandni to relax, that they will uncover the solution since there must be a strong reason for them to keep this knowledge hidden.
Meanwhile, Raunak phones Roshni and urges her to come to the city hospital immediately away.
Roshni is horrified, assuming that something has happened to Chandni, and she quickly begs that Nirbhay drive her to the city hospital.
Meanwhile, Roshni comes and inquires about Chandni, as to what is going on and why she is at the city hospital.
Chandni informs her that they have been kept in the dark for all these years.
Roshni requests her not to use circular phrases and to tell her what is going on clearly, to which Chandni responds that Sanjay Chopra is alive and present at this hospital.
Roshni is taken aback and feels Chandni is lying, but the doctor also verifies Sanjay’s existence.
Roshni compels Chandni to choose between Sanjay and Roshni.

चांदनी यह जानकर चौंक गई कि इतने सालों से बिंदु दादी और वंदना नानी ने चांदनी और रोशनी को सबसे गहरे राज़ से बाहर रखा है।
रौनक चांदनी को आराम से रहने के लिए कहता है, कि उन्हें इसका जवाब मिल जाएगा, क्योंकि इस रहस्य को छुपाए रखने के लिए उनके पास कोई ठोस कारण होना चाहिए।
इस बीच, रौनक रोशनी को फोन करता है और उसे तुरंत शहर के अस्पताल आने के लिए कहता है।
रोशनी डर जाती है, यह मानते हुए कि चांदनी को कुछ हो गया है, और वह तुरंत निर्भय से उसे शहर के अस्पताल ले जाने का अनुरोध करती है।
